  • Prolapsed disc

Corona Preparedness Protocol

Please be assured that the safety of our patients and staff are of utmost importance. In an effort to continue providing the best possible chiropractic care, Herndon Chiropractic Clinic is following as well as monitoring the guidelines in regard to the COVID19 virus and are taking precautions to help prevent its spread.

If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath and/or a fever, or have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, please reschedule your appointment by calling (407) 345-0508.

Screening questionnaire and temperature check are taken on all patients and staff upon entering our office. Anyone with a temperature above 100 degrees will be asked to leave the office.  All individuals seeking treatment must wear a mask or face covering. All staff members are wearing a mask.

Every effort is being made to maintain social distancing (6 ft.) between individuals. We have arranged chairs in our waiting area 6 ft. apart. We are limiting the number of patients scheduled per day well as limiting the number of individuals in the reception area. Visitors should come alone unless they are a minor or in need of assistance. The patient's companion may be asked to wait outside or in their care depending on the number of patients in the reception area.

As per our usual standard, we are using a disinfectant after each treatment room session. We are also wiping down frequently touched surfaces and objects such as waiting area furniture, light switches, door handles, pens, countertops as well as equipment.

We are frequently washing our hands with soap and water as well as using 70% or higher alcohol-based hand sanitizer. At this time we are seeing patients by appointment only. Unfortunately, no walk-ins will be seen at this time. We ask that there be no solicitation at this time.

Thank you for helping us in being proactive in an effort to help reduce the spread of the COVID19 virus. Especially during this time of uncertainly, you can be confident that we are here for you!
